Super Groovy Tye Dye

My name is Tori Booth, I’m from northeast Ohio. I make ice dye apparel with Dharma’s fiber reactive procion dye. What inspires me to create, that’s honesty a tough question. I say my family, the people in my corner, the people who love my art. It helped me get out of my depression being able to express myself with wearable art. It look a lot of time for me to nail it, in a way I thought was beautiful or cool. I’ve been tie dying for 4 years. I started out with rit dye and when I found out they make professional dye, it just snowballed from there. I started out with a basic rainbow color scheme and started testing the waters. Ice dying is my absolute favorite and go to process. The way the colors split with ice is so beautiful and unique to me. I also work a full time job. So on my days off I make as many as my sink can handle haha. When I realized how many people love my art and want to wear it makes my heart so happy. I’ll never stop creating different and unique tie dyes. I opened up my first shop July 2023 called Super Groovy TD by Tori (a.k.a Super Groovy Tye Dye).
