Tunde Meng

My name is Tunde Meng. I create hand painted silk scarves and clothing.

The silk and me….. it was love at first sight. After the birth of my daughter I needed to find something new where I can express
myself in a different way. I found my full satisfaction and happiness in painting silks. I wanted to give something back from the miracle of becoming a mom.

Since early in life, I have been interested in fine arts. I love recognizing the wonder and beauty in the small things, too. All of my works are unique and unreproducible. I don't use any templates, everything is hand painted, I let my current feelings and thoughts guide my hands.

I like the silk because it is always different, never behaves the same way so every time it poses a new challenge. It amazes me, I can spend hours watching how the silk paint flows and each time something new is born, something unrepeatable.

Everything that I have created relates to a memory, feeling, thought. I put all my heart into my creations because that is how you can make something outstanding. I only use the best French steaming paints and I paint exclusively on quality silk. The quality is very important to me. I hope I do everyone's heart good in everyday life, too. I implement custom projects with pleasure, as well.
