This stuff is amazing! The Jacquard Color Magnet attracted us like bees to honey. Color Magnet is a dye attractant that magically pulls in more dye where it is applied, creating a unique, two-toned effect. It has been successfully tested on Dharma Acid Dyes, Dharma Fiber Reactive Procion Dyes, Jacquard Acid Dyes and iDye for Natural and Poly Fabrics . Color Magnet doesn't stiffen the fabric, so the two-toned result is perfectly soft. The "jar of goo" was formulated specifically for screen printing so if you're looking for a quick and easy way to apply Color Magnet on a small project check out the 45 ml pen. Talk about handy!
DIRECTIONS FOR THE GOO: Screen print, stencil, stamp directly from jar onto fabric. Let dry thoroughly. Drying can be aided by the use of a hair dryer, or Heat Gun. Dye according to dye package instructions. Color Magnet was not intended to be thinned, so adding water or other thinning agents to the mix is not suggested by the manufacturer.
DIRECTIONS FOR THE PEN: Shake well and apply by drawing, stamping (apply to rubber stamps with the pen) or stenciling. Let dry thoroughly. Drying can be aided by the use of a hair dryer, or Heat Gun. Dye according to dye package instructions. Color Magnet will attract more dye where it has been applied.
