Natural. I love this fabric! Soft and smooth, great for dresses and other clothing items, and way stronger than pure viscose rayon. It dyes and washes well! (Keep in mind that hemp shrinks a lot, so to minimize shrink, wash by hand or gentlest cycle, and line dry.)
Fabric Details
- 55% hemp and 45% rayon, Fabric is PFD
- 5.5 oz per square yard, 58" wide
- You can dye this with Our Fiber Reactive Dyes
- Excellent for dresses, tops, home decorating etc..
- We found that this shrinks 19% in Length and 2% in Width disclaimer
- Available in cut yardage ( bulk discounts levels at 10+ yds.) and in 33 yard bolts
- Machine wash in any temperature water
Remember, bolts vary! They can be over or under - we charge you for the actual yardage. If you need very specific yardage, order cut yardage.

The challenge of ironing out the wrinkles initially turned me off to the fabric. (It takes heavy sprinkling to do the trick.) However I've found that once the wrinkles are ironed out the stay that way better than I exected. It has a nicely interesting texture. The more I work with it the more I like it.

Beautiful. Dyes really well with Fiber Reactive dyes. I do want it softer after dyeing so I add milosoft at the end of washing.

I love it! I used it for Eco printing. The colors came out beautifully and the hand of the fabric is thicker but soft and drapey. I will but it more when I get money.

I love this fabric. It looks like a fine high quality linen but the rayon gives it a different but lovely drape and luster. After washing it is opaque enough to use for pants like a lightweight summer suiting. I can imagine this will work well for summer clothing although I bought it to line structured dress bodices due to its strength and comfort.
