Undyed Silk thrums are what is left over after beautiful, Indian saris are made. Warp threads of filament silk have been twisted into a loose skein for easier handling. Use them in felting, silk fusing, doll making, paper making, crafting tassels for vintage costumes or drapes, spinning into your own yarn, embroidery, clutch and purse making, rug or "mug rug" making (AKA coasters)... a 'no-brainer' add to any project you want to bestow a touch of strength and class to.
These are painstakingly gathered and wound by hand; each pack is unique and weighs in at 100 grams.
