COVID-19 closure mandates for Sonoma County still have our office personnel working from home, but we can take your calls! However, because the phone system to individual employees at home has been marred with problems, if possible we do ask that you email us at 'email@example.com' with any non-urgent requests. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and what it's in regard to and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please be patient as we have limited office staff and they are juggling a lot under difficult circumstances. Our office staff is available Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm Pacific Standard time. - We, and our suppliers are still are experiencing some supply chain interruptions and delays. If we are out of stock on something and have to ship your order without it, we do not hold on to your payment information, so we cannot automatically ship backorders. But we will send you an email when the item is back in stock or you can keep checking our website for updates.
