4/1/21 Update:

COVID-19 closure mandates for Sonoma County still have our office personnel working from home, but we can take your calls! However, we do ask that you email us at 'service@dharmatrading.com' with any non-urgent requests. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and what it's in regard to and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please be patient as it may take us a minute to get back to you.

Our office staff is available Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm Pacific Standard time. Our website, Dharmatrading.com, is open 24/7 and you can still place orders there whenever you like.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there are the following changes to our usual work processes:

1. Our same-day shipping policy has been suspended. Orders are always handled on a "first come first served" basis, including all air shipments - though we try to get them out faster.
2. Shipping companies are ALL still experiencing delays and disruptions in service. All delivery guarantees are currently suspended, and we suspect that will last for awhile. Once your package leaves our premises, we have no control over how long it will take to get to you.
3. We still are experiencing some supply chain interruptions and delays. If we are out of stock on something and have to ship your order without it, we do not hold on to your payment information, so we cannot automatically ship backorders. But we will send you an email when the item is back in stock or you can keep checking our website for updates.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences during this unprecedented time and thank you all very much for bearing with us. We will resume normal operations as soon as it is possible.
