10/22/20 Update: First and foremost, thank you to all of you for bearing with us during this unusual year, and thank you all, old customers and new customers, for your continued support and orders, we really appreciate you!!! Your kind words in your emails and on your orders really make our day as we struggle through this!
COVID-19 closure mandates for Sonoma County still do call for us to allow our office personnel to work from home but we now have a new phone system in place so that we can take your calls! We ask that you only call if necessary, as lines are limited, and email, if possible, instead to email@example.com with your name, phone number, and what it's in regard to, also your order number if this is regarding an order, and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please be patient as it may take a bit of time for us to get back to you.
Please note, our office staff is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am-5 pm Pacific Standard time. Our website, Dharmatrading.com, is open 24/7 and you can still place orders there whenever you like.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have unfortunately had to enact the following changes to our usual work processes:
- Our same-day shipping policy has been suspended, HOWEVER, we are closer to being caught up and are now running only about 1 business day behind or less. Orders are handled on a "first come first served" basis, including all air shipments (though we try and get them out faster).
- Shipping companies are ALL experiencing delays and disruptions in service. All delivery guarantees are currently suspended. The FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost, which hand your package over to your local USPS office, the cheapest shipping options for small orders, are the most impacted services, with sometimes long delays. Once your package leaves our premises, we have no control over how long it will take to get to you.
- Add-ons and changes to orders after they are placed are not possible at this time.
- If we are out of something on your order, we will be shipping the order anyway, as we just do not currently have enough staff to contact everyone about out of stocks, and supply chain interruptions are adversely affecting our inventory. We do not hold on to your payment information, EVER, so we cannot automatically ship backorders.
We sincerely apologize for these inconveniences during this unprecedented time and hope you will please bear with us. We will resume normal operations as soon as we can.
