A word on "cosmetic grade" face paint:
Simply put, cosmetic grade makeup is cleared by the FDA to wear around the eyes, like mascara, everyday, all day. That is the case with all of Fazmataz's face paint with the exception of the neon. This does not mean that you can't use the neons as face paint! It means that you probably shouldn't wear the neons as in place of mascara everyday.
