Still 100% Cotton 1x1 Rib Knit, but now super soft combed ringspun, in a heavy Baby Rib Knit. Straight slim cut leggings! Double lettuce at bottom hems. Enclosed elastic waist. These feminine little frillies look really great under tunics and even short dresses, to keep those legs warm!
