Irish Rayon Linen

It's here! Irish linen has a reputation as being one of the best kinds of linen you can buy. The weaving expertise combined with fine, high quality yarns, and modern looms produce a linen cloth which is unusually soft and fine. This linen has a wonderful natural luster and yet is strong enough to last a lifetime. Perfect for shirts, skirts or any kind of heirloom piece you'd like to create. This fabric ships in a bag instead of on a bolt.

Fabric Details

• 15% Linen and 85% Rayon, Natural
• 6.1 oz per square yard, Approximately 52" wide
• You can dye this with our Fiber Reactive Dyes
• Suggested usage; jackets, pants, shirts, window draperies, theater costuming for items needing a linen look, etc.
• We found that this shrinks 2% in Length and 8% in Width
• Available in cut yardage and in 20 yard bags. Note: current stock may have a seam across the width of the fabric in full, 20 yard bags. Please let us know if you need 20 continuous yards.
• Machine wash in any temperature water, but as with all Rayons and Rayon blends, use a GENTLE cycle!!!

Remember, bolts vary! They can be over or under - we charge you for the actual yardage. If you need very specific yardage, order cut yardage.
