This super cute 3 Tier Ruffle Dress is made from stretchy, super soft, 100% combed ringspun cotton baby rib knit and sewn with cotton thread.
This version is short sleeved, with a higher waist and 3 fancy tiers in the skirt that are joined with a ruffly, pearl stitch. The sleeves and hem are also finished in the single lettuce ruffle style. The neck has a double needle rib binding for strength.
