3 Tier Ruffle Dress Long Sleeve

This darling little dress is the replacement for 3 Tiered Lettuce Edged Dress. Sadly, we lost our source for that dress. This now comes from a new vendor, but is still made in the USA! It is super soft combed ringsbun rib now, rather than the old fashioned carded cotton 1x1. Not thin though, still a nice weight. Measurements may not be exactly the same as the old ones.

Stretchy 100% cotton baby rib knit and still sewn with cotton thread. Long sleeves, with a higher waist and 3 fancy tiers in the skirt that are joined with a ruffly pearl stitch. The sleeves and hem are also finished in the pearled ruffle style. The neck has a double needle rib binding for strength.
