Aleene's Stiffen-Quik Fabric Stiffening Spray

Aleene's Stiffen-Quik is a clear-drying spray fabric hardener that can be applied lightly for a little stiffening effect or layered on for an even heavier hold. A godsend for seasonal fabric projects! Bring your cheesecloth ghosts back to life, put some sass into those satin angels, perk up the sad, felt elf on the shelf, add a little wind to your flags and banners, make marvelous macrame autumn leaves or bright and cheery spring flowers! Stiffen-Quik will wash out with hot water and detergent when you want to clean, rework or reshape your fabrics.

Directions:
Always test in a small, inconspicuous area first

1. Form fabric to desired shape. If a form is used, first cover with plastic wrap (can be used in the microwave if used with a microwave-safe form).
2. Protect work area from overspray.
3. Spray 6-8 inches away from project until wet.
4. Let dry approximately 1 hour or speed dry with hair dryer 6 inches away from surface.
5. For stiffer results, spray fabric again after it completely dries.
6. To clean and reshape fabric, wash with warm water.
7. Clean nozzle after each use.
