Yarn #26 - Apollo

Apollo was the god of light and the sun, and Apollo the yarn is just as majestic. Picture a strong two-ply, made from radiant silk and velvety merino blended together. Apollo holds stitch definition nicely, and can take a large needle if you're after drape. Be sure to wash your swatch before committing to a needle size, because silk blends can spread a lot after washing. This characteristic is one of their advantages: lace patterns really open up gloriously.
