For tie-dyeing, just pull the flounce up away from the dress and tie in your design. The dress has one dramatic side slit - on one side only. Elasticized empire waistline underneath the flounce. Soft flowing 100% flat woven Rayon Light flat gauze drapes like a dream. Fabric is semi-sheer out of the package. Compacts after washing and is opaque after dyeing. Sewn with Cotton thread for perfect dyeing. Cut oversized to allow for shrinkage. Who does that for you nowadays? Dharma does it!
