Made here in the USA from our soft combed 100% cotton Light Jersey (3.3oz per sq. yd.) and sewn with cotton thread for perfect dyeing. The waistband is softer 1.5 inch elastic enclosed by fabric and top stitched so it cannot twist inside. These little cuties are a good length by themselves, but also work great with our Children's Deluxe Cotton Leggings (#CDTP) in cold weather or when they're dancing. Modeled with the Toddler Flutter Sleeve Tee (#3339). A wardrobe basic skirt and fun as well, both to wear and to tie-dye!
