Tribal Tiered Pants

These tiered pants have a bohemian flair with an homage to Cher! A super retro look from the 1960's and 1970's. Perfect for festival garb and events. Comfortable and really easy to wear. Looks like a long skirt from far away. Fully elastic waistband for a comfy fit and two gathered tiers in the pant legs. Made from woven 100% Rayon Light (great for summer) and sewn with cotton thread for perfect dyeing.

Model is 5'9" tall and the washed and shrunk pants were a tad long for her. The pants in the photos were washed once in hot water and dried in a machine dryer. We thought the pants were too long for the model during the photo sessions, so we decided to wash the pants again in hot water and machine dry to see if they shrunk even more in length. The pants will shrink again in successive washings. They stop shrinking mostly after the second wash. The pants inseam, after washing the pants twice, measured 30.5" for the size S pants. That is an average length inseam for anyone who is about 5'6' tall. So we suggest that you pre-wash and machine dry the pants TWICE before dyeing if you're aiming for resale and having customers hoping for an accurate fit.

Rayon 2 Light fabric shrinks mostly in the length. Not a huge issue when we design dresses in this fabrication, but for pants, we want to make sure that you get a decent pant length even after washing and shrinking.

Always handle wet Rayon with care!
