If you are looking for a sign, this might be it! Made for us out of bleached 7 oz. 100% cotton duck and sewn with cotton thread. (Hard to find, so we're making them). The duck is not pre-shrunk so there will be some shrinkage. They are perfect for dyeing, painting, stamping or marbling and you can make some fun stuff to sell, give or keep. I love the idea of banners! I've actually never made one and don't know what I would do with it if I did, but I get excited every time I see them. These come with a wooden dowel and end-balls which can be slipped out while you're working on them. Hemmed all around. Neat-o!

these are super cool dye well exactly as described. i would say its a medium-thickness canvas material. hope that helps someone out there ) also the little balls on the end come off really easy you will have to reglue them but def worth your money!

Excellent quality light canvas material. There was a small amount of shrinkage and deformation after washing and they have a tendency to curl when hanging. On the upside the material dyed wonderfully. I will definitely purchase these again.

Fun to hang. Took the Dye beautifully! They did shrink a little more in the process than I expected but they are Great anyway!

Ordered two different sizes of these and they dyed very well. I like the weight because sometimes banners are very thin. Only problem was that on one of them the stitching was a little sloppy. Not big enough of a problem for me to not be able to sell it though.

ADORE these banners! I am a design team member for a stencil manufacturer. The fantastic quality of the fabric makes stenciling a dream. The overall look is one of a much higher priced item. I have sold many and hope you keep them in stock! EXCELLENTwould highly recommend this product to artists and crafters.

Nice banner for SCA events of moderate accuracy. I twisted off one of the dowel heads to get the fabric off to dye it and it seems to hold back on fairly securely.

The wood is alright. The fabric is fantastic. The finish is uneven. Could be alright for many projects but not what I am after. Certainly will have that handmade feel to it if that is something you are after. I would rather make my own & find a hanging rod. Certainly great for Heraldic symbols & Coat of Arms. Not hand sewn but I think that is waived now. Nice thick material too.
