We keep our website, catalog and our operation simple and economical which allows us to keep our prices low. We've been doing this for over 40 years and we have a great reputation - ask around!

Wherever you live, we can get it to you fast! We fill orders very quickly, and usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If you place your order before 11am (PST), your order will usually ship the same day - if you place your order after 11am, it usually ships the next business day - no extra charges - just our regular service.   1. PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE THROUGH OUR SECURE WEBSITE:
    Just browse around the website until you find something you want to buy. Type a quantity into the "Quantity" box and press the "Add to Cart" button. You will be taken through our Secure Server to the Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart keeps a list of all the items currently in your order. From here on you simply browse and add items until you are ready to check out. You may also create a Dharma Account to access additional features and conveniences.

Due to federal fire regulations, NO FLAMMABLES can be shipped internationally. Unfortunately, this means no solvent based gutta can be shipped. Water based gutta resist is OK.

Orders placed before 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are usually shipped the next business day.

Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays, weekends, or the first day processing your order.
SHIPPING COSTS are based on the weight of your order. Light stuff costs less than heavy stuff. There's nothing tricky going on here. You can know the exact shipping cost before you buy - just put the items into your Shopping Cart, then enter your zip code into the Shipping Estimator below the Shopping Cart, and the cost to ship it every way possible will be displayed!
Fine print: The shipping we quote you is almost always, but sadly, not always, the cost you will need to pay for shipping. Added charges by UPS or Fed Ex for Dimensional Weight can increase shipping cost at the last minute.The only time this usually happens is for really lightweight bulky stuff, like 100 squeeze bottles, embroidery hoops, empty storage jars and nothing else, or certain very light weight bolts of fabrics. Then Dimensional Weight may apply and we will contact you to sort it out before we ship.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MAY BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTIES AND/OR TAXES BY THEIR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE. These fees will be charged to you when your package arrives (they are not included in the shipping costs that we charge). These fees are the customer's responsibility and are paid to your country's customs office upon receipt of the package. If you are unsure about customs duties and taxes and would like more detailed information, you should contact your local customs office.
