California Resale Certificate

If we ship an order to a California address and you provide us with a Resale Certificate, then we do not collect sales tax.

If we ship an order to a California address and you do not provide a California Resale Certificate, then we must collect sales tax.

If we ship an order to an address outside of California we do not collect any sales taxe.

If you are in California and intend to purchase products from Dharma and resell them through your own business, we require a fully completed and signed Resale Form before we can remove the tax from your order. The California State Board of Equalization issues Resale Licences.

Please note that we must have this information before your order is processed in order for the California sales tax to be removed from your total.

If, for some reason (such as Fax error or the like), you were accidentally charged tax on your order, you can correct the error on your next tax return and recieve compensation for the tax that was charged.
