To make it happen, here's what we need from you:
1. 6 pictures of your artwork. These can be regular photos (not slides) that you mail to us. They can also be GIFs or JPGs that you email to us at

2. A brief autobiography of about 100 words or more talking about who you are, what you do, what inspires you, and which Dharma Products you use to do it. (People really like to know which products they are seeing in action.)
3. Your contact info: We need your NAME, your DHARMA CUSTOMER NUMBER, and any information you want people to see on your page (like a company name, website, email address, physical address, or phone number).
