This 3 Tier Drop Waist Ruffle Dress Cap Sleeve is a replacement for our 3 Tier Dropwaist Lettuce Edge Short Sleeve Dress (3TDSS). New source, new stock number but same style.
Stretchy, super soft 100% cotton ringspun 1 X 1 rib knit and sewn with cotton thread. Stretchy 100% cotton 1 X 1 rib knit and sewn with cotton thread.
This version is short sleeved, with a drop waist and 3 fancy tiers in the skirt that are joined with a ruffly pearl stitch. The sleeves and hem are also finished in the single lettuce ruffle style. The neck has a double needle rib binding for strength.

I used the ice dye method for this dress and it took the dye beautifully. My granddaughter loves it!
