I love this fabric. It is so soft with a high thread count. It if perfect for pillow cases or clothing. It took natural dyes amazingly (especially love it with madder root).

This is simply a superb fabric. It's tough and abrasion resistant but has a soft hand and drapes in a silky way. It is VERY comfortable and light to wear. I sewed a pair of summer trousers from this fabric which I wear for carpentry yard work hiking and the occasional fishing trip. The impressive thing about this fabric is that after collecting the dirt grass and grease stains from the activities noted above it washes up perfectly and looks like new. This allows me to wear these same trousers in the evenings to socialize without the stigma of looking derelict and bereft. As I move through life in these trousers I bring with me the the unmistakeable ivory-tinted hint of Don Budge or even the Great Gatsby himself. But I digress.
