Gildan is a very popular shirt with tie dyers and screen printers. Even harder to find though, than Gildan's regular shirt is their PFD tee for dyers. Made from 100% 6.1 oz. Compacted Cotton Jersey. Seamless double needle collars, taped neck and shoulders and double needle hems. Ultra tight knit surface for printing. Cotton thread sewing for better dyeing. Bleached white so looks great for Tie-Dye, and doesn't alter the color when garment dyeing. A good quality shirt at a great price.

Perfect shirt for tiedye- good opacity, solid weight holds a fold well, shrinkage is almost non-existent, and shirts dyed two years ago still look better than some store-bought regular shirts.

A bit odd shaping but really easy to work with. These are thick material so spend time distributing dye a little more and I would not attempt mandalas or lotus blossoms on them

Every year I dye Ts for my sons and grandsons. They love them and recently my son and his wife wore my dyed Ts all over Europe. What a fashion sensation. Now they want Ts every year. The quality is excellent.

Gilden dyes, washes and wears well. I prefer lighter shirts for batik but these are tops for tie-dye..

Great Shirt but suffers from being too short to stay tucked in (a problem common to all the premium t-shirts). I noticed that Gildan has introduced XLT, XXLT, and XXXLT sizes for this model (2000T). Any chance Dharma will be carrying these sizes?

Sizes vary. One order included shirts that washed up to be quite short. The other order's shirts didn't shrink as radically in length. Nice, soft shirts, but they do tend (on the whole) to run small and short.

These t-shirts came out beautifully and kept the color "true". We also used some "other" t-shirts which did not take the color as well - it was really obvious.
