Instructions

Take anything you print on an INK JET PRINTER and with a home iron or heat press and transfer the image to fabric or clothing.
Now in NEW 17" x 150' ROLLs for those really big projects!
Of the transfer papers we sell, this one is our favorite. This paper is super soft and leaves practically no feel on the fabric. Unlike traditional transfer papers it's stretchy as well. Since it's stretchy it allows you to transfer on to a broader range of knit fabrics.
Due to the super soft feel of this paper, the image quality looks a little less crisp/bright than normal transfer papers like our Professional Transfer paper. That’s because the polymers really do sink into the fabric, rather than sit on top like traditional transfer papers. The final product will be more distressed, or “vintage” in appearance with virtually no feel at all on the t-shirt.
We find it works best on knit fabrics like Jersey, so it is fabulous on tee shirts! It also works very well on stretchier knits like Cotton Lycra, and Rib Knit. On woven fabrics it will be considerably stiffer. So we recommend using this on Jersey for the best results.  The benefits of this paper don't stop there, you can actually iron over the transfer after it's on the shirt. Wow!! We love this stuff!
Use with a home iron, or for quicker, better results, and production work, try one of our heat presses (it'll change your life!). As with all transfer papers, it is better to pre-wash before applying your transfer, although with the stretch this has, and the way it sinks into the fabric, customers have said you can get away with not, which is another big plus.
For use only on white or light colored fabrics. For instructions click here.
Please note that transfer paper DOES have a shelf life; it lasts about 6 months depending upon storage. It must be kept sealed in its plastic bag. High humidity or dry conditions can shorten its shelf life.
Made in: UNITED STATES (USA)

Some newer pigment based inks may react differently with various transfer papers, causing color shifts after heat setting. As always we recommend testing products, processes, and techniques before you start a large project.

This is the best paper I've ever used. Soft, soft soft, and so easy to use. It practically peels itself off as you're transferring. Nice images, plenty of color!

Hard to figure out which side is the printable side. I waste sheets every time I print. Hint: It's NOT the BLUE side!

I used this with a heat transfer press and it worked great. The only problem I had with the paper sticking was because I did not let the machine heat up to the correct temperature.

as i sit here reading the reviews, i'm wondering if some of the folks that wrote crappy reviews were using the new paper that was sold for a very short while instead of the blue backing paper..."feels like plastic"...? That is not at all the blue back paper. The paper that Dharma has now is fantastic, it is so soft and the ink just fuses into the fabric.

I like the feel of the fabric after. I have only washed the item I decorated (a baby grow) once and some parts of the image seem more faded so I am yet to find out if that's because I didn't press the iron enough on these areas. I would love to know if people had more success with a heat press? The bits that aren't faded look great though!

Best transfer paper for white fabric of all blends and thicknesses. A trick I use when applying these on very thin, flowy fabric is after applying and cooling, I stretch the image in every area horizontally then vertically then a bit diagonally, and this takes ANY "feel" off of the transfer and allows the image to move weightlessly with the fabric. The only transfer paper I use for my light fabrics!

Love this product. It's great for creating small pieces of fabric from photos. I used it to scan the cover of a beloved book, which I printed onto the Ink Jet Soft Paper. The fabric has a bit of a hand afterwords, but it's worth it to get the clear, crisp image on fabric. Thanks again, Dharma, for making me look like I know what I'm doing!

I've used this paper many times. I like it but the image fades after a few washes. I use it to print images on guest towels.
