Here's a variety of our popular
Good Luck Banner
(the standard being 17 feet high, #GLB & #GLBN). The Shorter Good Luck Banner versions come in Silk (8mm Habotai), Cotton, & Nylon. The shorter banner is 69" tall (almost 6 feet) with a 27" tail that ends in a 6" star. How cool is that!? They have a long casing slot sewn along the edge that can accommodate a 1.5" diameter or 4" circumference pole or pipe (we used PVC pipe) - pipe should be at least 70" or more in length. Add extra pole length for insertion into ground, potted plant, lawn or whatever. Add a lot of pole if you want to embed it into sand. For lots of extended outdoor use, we suggest using the Cotton or Nylon Banners.
NOTE: The Nylon and Silk Good Luck Banners need to be dyed with Acid Dye and the Cotton Good Luck Banners can be dyed with Dharma Fiber Reactive Procion Dye. Both can be dyed with iDye for faster and less professional results.
-Dye them, tie-dye them, print or paint them.
-Use to make colorful accents and attract attention to a booth.
-Use for real estate open houses.
-Use to line housing driveways.
-Use to draw attention to yard sales and other outdoor events,
-Use to happy up a party or family gathering.
-Use to trumpet a wedding.
-Use to dress up an entrance or hallway.
-Use to spice up lots of things.
Many uses when decorating a home or business - and you'll have the coolest home and workplace ever!
Measurements:
Short Banner is:
13" at bottom width
4" across top where casing ends at tail section
69" high without the tail
Tail is 27" long with an additional 6" star attached
Banner Casing width is 2.25" across (4.5" opened up in the round)
Long Banner is:
27" at bottom width
10.75" across top where casing ends at tail section
144" high (4 yards) without the tail
Tail is 61" long with an additional 6" star attached
Banner Casing width is 2.25" across (4.5" opened up in the round)

Excellent! It's well-made and, of course, takes the dye like a champ. My daughter did batik and tie-dye on ours and it now graces our front porch flagpole with luck and beauty. We will soon get more banners! Yay!

These are way cool. We purchased the tall and the short, both are a hit! We painted them with acrylic paint, they stand up to the weather. We plan on getting some more.

The short cotton banner (tie-dyed) lets people know when my store is open. I liked the short banner so much that I dyed the long one for a gift.

These are simply amazing - I can't stop finding places to put them or people to make them for. I am an elementary school teacher and now my school is going to make some to fly on "special" days to help draw attention to the event.

Very fun, dyed easily with iDye. They benefit from having a little stiffener placed in the bottom hem (I used a zip tie cut to size and made little slit in the fabric to insert it). Makes the banner stand out a little more even when there is no breeze.

Some friends were in town for the folklife festival so we took some time out to each make a banner. We enjoyed experimenting with color on a beautiful day.

Used the pigment dye with the long nylon banners and loved the "psuedo" tye-dye effect. Would increase dye dilution next time as some saturated areas became a little stiff, but look fantastic

I tie dyed one, and am holding the 2nd for a more specific image. I can't wait to have a reason or pole to put it up with.
