This is lovely fabric and I just ordered more. It is a fairly deep ivory color - not just a plain white. I do which it came in that kind of brown/grey natural linen color. It took to the dye almost too well - came out much darker than my sample test fabric (plain cotton) - so be sure to test if dying.

This fabric is wonderful. It's soft enough and has enough give I can't imagine wearing 100% linen ever again! Holds up well in the wash, too.

Love this fabric! Nice medium-weight texture that breathes, dyes fabulously, and very easy to sew on. Holds up well with washing. I've made a fitted blouse, pants, and Renfaire skirt so far, and they've all turned out wonderfully.

Absolutely gorgeous fabric -- softer than the linen content would suggest, irons like a dream, comfortable to wear and easy to work with. Made a shift and a kimono out of it, and then turned friends onto it for projects of their own. We've dyed, stitched, and embroidered it with great results. It's fairly hefty in spite of the lovely drape, so be aware of that if you're planning on using a lot in a garment -- my kimono (both face and lining out of this) always weighs more folded up than I'd think.

I made a medieval "arming cap" from the fabric and it turned out very well. Your service is always great.

I bought linen-cotton fabric from dharma years ago and it was soft and strong. This fabric is very stiff. I don't know what I'll do with it. Not that it's bad, just wasn't what I expected.

The fabric was heavier and scratchier than I thought it would be. But it's sturdy and sews well. I'm hopeful that with washing it might get softer.

The best of both fibers in one fabric. I get the look of medium weight linen for the price of a good cotton broadcloth. Doesn't require the Hades-esque linen setting to iron out wrinkles, either. Perfect for period underpinnings, nightwear and aprons.

A bit stiffer than I expected. Is there any way to rate the hand of a fabric in your descriptions?
