Product Description
One of the uses for this gauze like soft cotton fabric is veiling or draping over posts or backdrops or to make light airy curtains that will loft, ruffle or float in the wind. It's like a tight cheesecloth and can be used to strain liquids too! Kind of like the real lightweight, see through gauzy fabrics and clothes that come from India. Many uses! Dyes great!

Lovely stuff for "nuno" felting. Good price, and certainly more stable than cheesecloth.

The fabric is awesome, exactly what I was looking for! A nice natural looking sheer fabric that will look great on my windows. After washing, I experienced about 15% shrinkage in warm water and low setting on dryer, so plan accordingly. It washed up beautifully with a slight wrinkle to add to the texture. If you like a natural, sheer, slightly nubby look, this is it. If you like smooth and refined, stick to polyester.

I bought this for a special project - wanting to put one textured layer over another, darker layer. This is a nice weight and held up better than cheeseclothe. It took the dye nicely. I was pretty pleased with it.

I've been searching for this product for two years. It was perfect for my project and I'm already ordering more. Besides, when the fabric showed up in a recycled chocolate box... I new I was ordering from the right company!! Go Green! Thanks!

This fabric is perfect for my clothing project for next Spring and Summer! It washes very well in the washer on the delicate cycle. I hung it outside on the clothesline (it was 100 degrees) and it dried in less than 15 minutes. It drapes and flows beautifully!!!

Got the heads up on this from my sister. It's exactly what I needed to make privacy curtain for our bath. I will probably order more to do the bedroom windows. Dharma is always a great place to on-line shop.

Great for nuno felting and I prefer it to cotton voile. It is heavier but crisp, easy to dye and lovely to work with.

I love the way the dye took. I used Procion MX cold water dye in a tray dyeing technique I saw on the internet. Really cool results.

I think this will dye beautifully, I will use it to needle felt then wet felt. Would also make great baby wraps for the warmer climates.
