these are priced right and i purchased all three sizes . you will love them. #1 is perfect for drawing thin lines /#2 just right for beginners .. be ware of the # 3gives you a lot of wax quickly.get the entire set and enjoy.

The tool is easy to use but the end is loose and the brass piece falls off the wooden handle... it's frustrating!

Excellent, inexpensive tools to use in batik. These are inexpensive enough to buy enough for a whole group of kids, but reliable and easy enough to use that you can be assured that they will be successful.

The metal kept coming off from the wood from the start.
Not a very safe thing to happen
I had lent my others to a friend, and had to use this one.I finally duct taped it together.

the reviews were super helpful...#2 is def perfect for a beginner. i only got that one to start, but should have just gotten all 3 at once, i picked up on it quick. i have all 3 now and they work great for the price.
