3/15/2011 I like to use a heavier salt. The Silk Salt leaves dark dots on some of the silks that I use. Maybe it works better on some silks than others.

 9/23/2009 Would be nice if it could be bought cheaper in bulk. I go through about 8 jars a year, which is 5 lbs.

 2/8/2010 Perhaps I am too inexperienced. I sprinkled it on after handpainting on a flat surface. Although the silk was soaked I got tiny star-looking bursts that made it look like something was wrong with my technique. Not at all what I had hoped for!

12/29/2012 So much fun to play with these. I learned not to put them on when the silk is too wet if I only want the mottled look. You'll love them. I've already ordered more.
