These Clover Felting Needle Brush Mats are super handy!
Designed to work with the Clover Felting Needle Tool, the bristles are tall and sturdy enough to withstand hours of punching while they protect your fingers and hands. They come in two sizes to give you enough room to work, large and small. The small one is great to take with you for felting on the go and the large one is great for supporting bigger projects.

Very handy for small projects, nice that you don't have to throw it away after a while like foam punching pads.

I adore my Clover mat and always use it instead of foam even without the Clover needle tool. No more bits of foam stuck in my projects!

After trying to felt on foam rubber and then with this needle mat, there is no comparison. The needle mat wins.

A piece of 4 inch upholstery foam works just as well and you don't have to worry about going too deep and breaking the needle.
